The keyboard shortcuts preferences dialog has options for assigning
keyboard shortcuts for switching to a specific workspace or moving a
window to a specific workspace. These settings are named "switch to
workspace X" or "move window to workspace X" where there is one entry of
i'm using jaunty alpha 6. i have effects enabled as it is by default.
I believe this problem does not happen with effects disabled a this
problem also was in hardy and interpid where it worked fine with effects
disabled.

most fonts except for "Desktop Font" and "Window Title" where it is 10.

This is an X problem, as the description shows. I don't believe it is
possible to have a change in GNOME to affect this issue without fixing
the underlying problem of X.org handling of modifier keys.

I had a problem today where I came back to my computer after not using
it all the weekend (its the office workstation) and the gvfs-smb process
was taking 5G of virtual and 2.5G of resident memory. I'm not sure if

I'm getting the same behavior of Evolution getting stuck on "formatting
message" with Karmic fully updated. Its has been happening for as long
as I remember using Evolution, but in the last year it became
