I was also affected by this bug after a reboot under 11.04.
Fix #22 did not solved the problem.
Fix #47 solved it.

Hi, I'm also affected by this bug (since a while).
I attached the running nautilus process to gdb, continued and got the following
message when plugging in my iphone :

Ho, and before upgrading from 10.04 to 10.10, I had the exact same
behaviour : an infinite loop of "starting file manager" filling up the
task bar. I think the crash is handled differently but the bug remains.
