I don't think it used to happen before.
For me evolution starts and opens the _previous_ day instead of the day
I double clicked at.

If I then go into /proc/[evolutionpid]/ and checks its command line it

I have this bug too. It is exactly as Roman describes it. Worst case, it
can take 15 seconds before the menu pops up. It should be pre-loaded, as
I guess the "Menu bar" is. To fix this bug, just handle it exactly the
same as the Menu Bar.

I found my problem.
For some reason there was a "Virtual" line in my xorg.conf.
And it defined a virtual screen larger than the physical.
Gnome looked alright though...
I removed the line, and now GDM works fine.

I cannot unlock the network settings, I get the "could not authenticate.

Looking at the logs I can see that X is restarting after a log out.
Personally I do not see the console output on the computer I'm using
right now, but I'm quite sure I've seen it before.

My sv keymap does not work after hardy restart.

the proper way to fix it) went into the 2.18 branch, revision 1473. I
