I have had these lines and it worked..almost. The trackpad responds
better but with no precission at all. I´ve just downloaded the latest
release (Ubuntu 6.06 LTS) and unfortunatly the team behind this great
project didn´t fix this really annoying bug.

Both "gst-launch playbin uri=file:///path/to/file.rmvb" and "ffplay"
play the entire video (I used the same 25min video that bugged at
Totem).
gst-launch play fine, ffplay prints a warning message like "invalid
codec" (asap I get home I update this information), and seems to play in
low FPS

The bug seems to not happen in Totem when you play the video entirely
(without pause and rewinds).
Asap I confirm this behaviour I post here again.
PS: I don't know if this could happen in gst-launch and ffplay, because
I cannot pause nor rewind videos on them, but I'm sure that in
Confirmed: This bug just happens in Totem, and happens only when you
play a movie and use rewind function. If you play the movie straight
forward using just pause, the movie plays entirely.
Seems something is messing the internal time counter when you use
rewind.

After some testing I can confirm that my nautilus stalling issue is related to
bookmarking NFS/autofs-mounted shares.
After manually removing those bookmarks from ~/.gtk-bookmarks, nautilus starts
up immediately.
Doing some tests with "strace nautilus -

Just a bit of clarification on my last post: syncing with a Treo 650 in the
Dapper beta is working, just not reliably.
That is, sometimes syncing works flawlessly, sometimes it doesn't work at all
(i.e., nothing happens), and sometimes I get the "invalid pointer" error shown
