I have the same problem: .goutputstream-XXXXXX files appear in Nautilus. I neither have Dropbox, fileroller, nor gtk-recordmydesktop installed.
I noticed the bug today when syncing files via Ubuntu One. When I edit (Gedit) and sync it to my other PC it appears as .goutputstream-XXXXXX file. This also applies to files I had on the computer for some time.
