Many web browsers not print the headers and footers.
This bug is 14 years old. As I recall, this margin depends on the
print.print_margin_* settings which can be set from about:config in
Firefox. I long ago fixed this problem in my local copies of Firefox,
but it may be that the default settings from Mozilla still aren't
proper. I have all these four

I was going to put in a bug report (found this one) "not using 0.5 print
margins, multipage large table overwriting print headers and footers".

So... Per sé the issue only affect apps that are bundled / static linked
with old Gdk version, while there may be many around in snaps and
flatpaks, I think it's better to workaround the issue at mutter level
too, so we'll handle both there and in the platform snap.

theme. Whenever I enter the Appearance tab in settings the icon theme is
set back to Yaru.

A very important detail:
Ubuntu builds webkit2gtk with -DUSE_WPE_RENDERER=OFF
This was done because we would need Ubuntu Security Team sign off to get
wpewebkit in to Ubuntu's 'main' archive section instead of in 'universe'.
It looks like this bug is specific to that config.

I've chatted with Jeremy about this, and he understands that
-DUSE_WPE_RENDERER=OFF was intended to allow a transition period for
distros to package libwpe and wpebackend-fdo, that WebKit developers
don't test it anymore, and that Ubuntu needs to turn it on. I've also
reported bug #238932 to consid

that added the option because the backend was new and our rules requires
a review from our security and MIR teams before adding new main depends,
which wasn't properly anticipated and not going to done for the incoming

Can't reproduce this issue with KDE.
And can't boot up the machine with mainline kernel. So, it's hard to bisect if
it's a kernel issue.
