With the arrival of version 22.04, it is now certain that ZFS is a way to do an
installation.
It seems abnormal to me that gnome-disks keeps saying that ZFS is an unknown
system and doesn't know how to mount it.

Ubuntu better. It sounds like some part of the system has crashed. To
help us find the cause of the crash please follow these steps:
1. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:
ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash
Then tell
I can't reproduce it either.
It can be noted that a (possible) issue on standard Ubuntu related to
how ibus-daemon is started is not an issue with ibus but rather with
gnome-shell.
Anyway, this is a bit odd:
$ env | grep -i type
XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11
$ ps ux | grep ibus-daemon
gunnar 2932 0
FWIW: On the installation where have the issue, this is what it looks
like in a Xorg session:
$ gnome-extensions-app
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Same as bug #1966221 in other words. (The command shown in the bug
description was run in a Wayland session.)
