The epiphany browser of version 3.28.6 in the bionic ubuntu works fine
on the gnome-desktop with dependent libraries of version 2.30.5. But we
are unable to check with the 2.28.2 version of libraries in the Gnome
desktop now, as the dependent libraries are being upgraded to 2.30.5 in
bionic.

After updating Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 today (5.8.0-44-generic #50-Ubuntu) I
notice this doesn't happen for me anymore. It is possible that it just

Well we need to use this, because that symbol is available only in the
ubuntu version of the package, so in order to make the shell depend on
such version we have to use a debian version on the symbol.
Otherwise it will wrongly depend on a base version that actually doesn't
contain the symbol.

Most days, when this occurs, I just open up my lid and/or tap the power
button and it wakes up, and I close the lid again once it is awake.
In my particular case, when I wake up my laptop, my CableMatters
201055-BLK thunderbolt port replicator sends my dual display 1440p
monitors into 1080p brief

Steps to Reproduce:
In the Settings applet choose Accessibility -> Zoom. Toggle the switch
on. This happens whether or not you actually magnify the screen.
When the mouse is moved anywhere on the screen, it leaves behind
repeated partial square trails in its path.
