Well, it definitely is not gsconnect, as I disabled a week ago and the
crashing is back in full force.
I am trying to find some kind of pattern to make it predictable. But

Nautilus Crashes when opening search
Ok, maybe some progress. It appears I can search among a maximal number
of hits. So that depends per folder. And as soon as Nautilus start to
crash, I have to start all over by rebooting, as even small searches
then crash. (Logging out/in does not make a difference.)

When you say the screen freezes, are you referring to the whole shell or
just the web browser?
P.S. We are unable to handle Chrome crashes here because Chrome is not

Thanks. Curiously that most recent log isn't showing any failure that I
can find. It looks like Gnome is working (unlike the log messages at the
top of this bug)...

Sorry i wasn't clear about that. I am able to login with gdm3 with user
frans as expected. But next i am getting a Desktop without any Gnome
controls. I still can move the mouse over two screens. But even clicking
on the mouse buttons, doesn't show up any menu, to open up a terminal
for example.

Click on the cog wheel icon, there are three options, Gnome + Remmina
Kiosk, Ubuntu and Ubuntu on Wayland. And Ubuntu is selected by default.
Next after login, there is nothing on the screen, as in blank / black.
