I also think that this is not really a bug in Nautilus but in GVFS-Mounts. I
have the problem (on 12.10, x64) when copying to my NAS when it is mounted with
GVFS as SMB or as FTP. It works for me when using GVFS over SFTP.
There are also no Problems on my other machine with 12.04.

I had the same problem having a over 500 files on a smaba share
(samba4). No problems accessing it with my desktop running 12.04 (samba3
client) but kept hanging (with no crash as per bug description) on my
laptop running 12.10 (samba3 client).

contact exists in the target, Evolution tries to merge those contacts.
In upstream Evolution, this is handled with a contact merging dialog. In
