Evolution 2.28.3 on Lucid Lynx.
Backed up my .evolution folder then deleted
.evolution/mail/mapi/myaccount folder and restarted Evolution. Took a
couple of minutes to rebuild inbox and other folders from exchange but

"capture_before_unmap" key is disabled by default in the metacity

As described above. In fact it is a bit confusing. Both Empathy and
Gwibber, the other two applications controllable over indicator-message,
are minimized when clicking on "close" but evolution quits on clicking
on "close". Would be really fine
