Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

On my multi-monitor system, Unity shows up on the wrong monitor. I just
discovered the reason it's doing this is because of which monitor is declared
my 'primary' monitor. When I run
# xrandr --output DVI1 --primary

The unity bar moves over to the other panel and works properly. I
should be able to modify this directly in the monitor configuration.
