After updating to 2.28.3-0ubuntu10 today I get a similar problem, when
replying to e-mail with a from a line like

The problem was linked to a problem in package gnome-keyring.
I solved my problem by downgrading gnome-keyring from "2.30.1-0ubuntu2"
to "2.30.0-0ubuntu3".
Downgrading gnome-keyring also solved some problems with network-manager
(also freezing) and empathy (unaccessible accounts).

Hi Seb. Sorting alphabetically is different from sorting logically.
Also, I'm really filing this bug to see if it will get picked up by the
Hunderd Paper Cuts project. This comes from some feedback in a customer
project.

Right, I though we had other bugs on the topic but didn't find them
right now, anyway I would be happy to have design recommendation to
improve this in maverick, seems a nice hundredpapercut task

So we are now around 5 weeks since UDS, when this bug was slated to be
discussed, but still no fix is apparent. It does almost make using a
touchpad equipped notebook (with 2 buttons) unusable. 3 times out of 5
attempts you will mistime your click usually either resulting in a non-
event or worse,
Adding David Siegel as this was his idea. David, I think I did a very
good job of explaining your vision. Anything else you want to add?

The package was updated (regular updates; my system showed me the Update
manager on 2010/06/22). During the installation of several packages an error
message box appeared: Unable to access archive in /var/cache... Apport

Binary package hint: empathy
Using Lucid. When I suspend my computer Empathy changes my MSN status to
away, or atleast when I wake my computer up my status is set to away so
I guess it happens when suspending. I can't find any way to control
this. I think my status should be

manager and installing them (2. try) worked flawless.
