I have a lot of iso-8859-2 or Windows-1250 encoded zip files. Non-ascii
named files can't be extracted with File Roller. unzip(1) does it

I've tried it here and it seems to work fine (x86-64) - although I
didn't have it previously so maybe it's an upgrade issue.
I suggest try running it from a terminal and see if it gives you any
telling errors.

though creating a new service for the org.freedesktop.secrets.service
fixes most of this issue, the start scripts in /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-

Sometimes after logging in, g-s-d pegs my disk. When I run iotop, I can
see gnome-settings-daemon going as fast as it can for maybe five or ten
seconds, then it goes back to normal.

Binary package hint: gnome-disk-utility
The choices of filesystems to format a disk with do not include the udf
filesystem. This should be added. In order to properly use a dvd+rw,
you need to format a udf filesystem on it, but there is no simple way to
do this presently.
Then should we upload a template from 2.28 manually to Launchpad, so
that the next update of language packs could probably fix this issue?

In case it isn't clear, in the notification area, when you receive a
message, the green circle state of the blink is there, but the other
state is not. I believe the other state is a little white speech
bubble. With that fix, it's just the green circle the whole time,
