Crap... Provider changed mailserver setting form pop.***.nl to
pop3.***.nl without notifying me
So, problem solved...
weird thing wasEvolution kept syncing mails from Linkedin (which
were moved to a subfolder by a rule), but would not sync all other mails
into the inbox and other subfold

I get the same error message, also when re-ripping a cd that was only
partly ripped (as I closed the lid of my laptop).

kernel panic everytime you are copying to/from a USB driver or network
share? Basically, is there a way to reproduce this bug?
On a side note, I recall a problem copying large files from at least
NTFS partitions in Nautilus in

is it possible to have an explanation of why "Shut Down" has been renamed to
"Switch Off"?
I reckon Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Mac all use "Shut Down" (Windows XP is
using "Turn off"). Where else has "Switch Off" been used in Gnome? Shouldn't

Please, reopen this bug!!! Nautilis is crashing every time that i
dbclick on Trask / Network / computer icons or use locations (trash://,
smb://, etc..), but if i dbclick a folder in my desktop nautilus open
normally.

My jabber still does not work using telepathy-gabble version 0.8.11. The
connection encounters several errors, but still goes on, the error that
actually ends the connection is 407: Registration Required, in GUI it
shows as authentication failed. I attach log and the mentioned excerpt

I have the same problem. I've added a screenshot of the terminal window.
I seem to be unable to make a screenshot with the mouse over the terminal
window or with a menu item selected.
It is possible to access the menu, but you can only see the pop-up group of
items you see when you click on so
@Matej Moško can you please try to install the development release of empathy
and see if that solves the problem for you.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:telepathy/ppa ;sudo apt-get update ;sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade and then reboot.

Hm, what about systems which don't have a Super key?
Also, activating the screen saver lock is not really a window manager
function. There are other keybindings like Ctrl+Alt+Del which also use
Ctrl+Alt, and I figure quite a lot of users got used to it by now?
