Also rhythmbox seems to always stop at the end of a track and for the same
album it doesn't always stop at the same track.
I've attached the last lines of the output of rhythmbox --debug below.

normal evolution configuration wizard to start up. Below is the output

I've applied the modifications that are suggested here to boost the
battery performance: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=847773.
This causes the power usage to be more acceptable when on battery. So
more than likely gnome-power-manager is defaulting to some poor settings
when on battery.
Need to confirm that their is consensus among the design team regarding
this. Then need to ensure that docs and marketing can take the change.
