The keyboard model is changed, but the key bindings are not updated to use
the new keycodes.
To repeat this behavior you need to:
1 ) Use evdev driver.

Added a new user and folders worked fine. My mistake. Figured where it
happened only after the upgrade it must be a bug. Lesson learned. Thanks

When developing it's just a case of restarting the nautilus process. A
post-install script would fix it. But better check with the nautilus
devs.
