It happened when the mail server went offline and I got a "no route

Did a test with a different camera. It's a Panasonic (Lumix) DMC-FX3.
Here I also receive a similar bug. If I plug it in I receive the

I've done some more digging and found what I think could be the reason
I'm seeing this behavior.
I did an lshal -m then closed the lid waited a minute and opened it

Alkis, I have to say that my once-broken Russian spellchecking seems to
work again, but as I don't use spellchecking too much, I cannot tell at
which point it got repaired. Maybe is has something to do with Gutsy-to-
Hardy-to-Intrepid upgrade, maybe some other things, I honestly don't
know.

The correct spelling of this word is unusual, and I can not reproduce it with

Oops, sorry, I got it wrong. If I use that specific mistypes I used for
Russian when researching this bug (and those were the mistypes that
showed incorrect behaviour for Russian), they are still broken - in
Evolution, but not in Gedit.

Spelling suggestion in Greek works for me under special circumstances,
i.e. in fake words like "αβγαnd", with English letters stacked right
before or after the Greek letters. And *only* when I click on these

this bug gets worse! it seems, the bigger the mail accounts, the more
often the problem occurs. i have ubuntu 8.04 installed on 4 machines
(one is ubuntu eee 8.04, two are amd64 machines) and i get the problem
on all of them. the problem occurs with pop3 and imap accounts.

Evolution hangs with
Same goes when you delete a bunch of messages to free some space the
result is that you delete mails through evolution but you get no free
space.
Seems to be basic feature but it's still not there, lets cross our
fingers for solution or at least a workaround.

When you choose to save a copy of a document in evince, the save
dialogue always defaults to your home directory, and there seems to be
on obvious way of changing this. This is out of step with other desktop
applications, such as web
