I had the issue but with "gnome-power-manager" checked all the time. The

I'm a little confused. This seems like a pretty major bug. Has it been
fixed? I'm using intrepid and still have this problem. Is there a good
chance it will be fixed by the final release?

when there are too many files in a folder or the view size is too large , there
will be a right scroll bar or bottom scroll bar. I open a new tab, and move one
file from the tab which has a scroll bar to the new tab, then I found the
scroll bar is lost!
is that specific to this application or does gnome-appearance-properties
display wrong theme colors too?
