You have been subscribed to a public bug:
when there are too many files in a folder or the view size is too large , there
will be a right scroll bar or bottom scroll bar. I open a new tab, and move one
file from the tab which has a scroll bar to the new tab, then I found the
scroll bar is lost! Until I enlarge the view size or change the view type, the
scroll bar merge. This bug exist in the Icon View and the Compact View. The
List View is an exception.
