I have the very same problem with evolution-2.22.0-0ubuntu2 but not only
through "mailto:"; links in firefox or other software.
Evolution just *never* does use my "bcc" setting (neither does he use my
cc: setting), may I create a new email or reply to an existing one.

(1) Selecting a non-working speed. For instance, a drive is only able to
burn at 10x, 16x and 24x, and K3b is correctly showing this, BUT Brasero
doesn't know the working speeds, as it *only* tests for the MAXIMUM

was the related bug report.
It should be fixed in ubuntu.

Hi. I confirm this issue, but unfortunately I will fix this for next
version, 2.23.1, it has lots of changes in its structure, which allows
me to fix this. For the current version, 0.5, it would be too difficult
to fix this.
