Nautilus is launched with the following command:
$ nautilus .
It then sets a desktop which is simply another X window.
When changing the X background with feh, nautilus crashes.

I can't reproduce it in Hardy Alpha 4 because the ui changed. Under the
"On Battery Power" the above mentioned label is gone. There are some
other options instead, but I am not sure if they are relevant to this
bug or not. They don't seem to correspond to the mentioned label in "On
AC Power".

I reported this almost 5 months ago. I got tired of this annoying issue and
eventually reinstalled 7.10 on my laptop. That fixed it.
It wasn't anything to do with a heavy load though--the cpufreq applet showed
things were scaled back to 25%

I think I can confirm this issue as well, I insert the luks encrypted
volume and it doesn't seem to be detected. I can mount the volume
manually via cryptmount but gnome-volume-manager does not seem to detect
it.

Okay, so I play songs from my media library in Rhythmbox.
Then I close Rhythmbox and start it again. I press the "Play" button, and it
starts playing the first song on the list.
This is bad, because it makes me tired of hearing the first song, thats not

cable. It's not correct like I've previously posted. So, if I want to have
correct values I must unplug and then plug cable.

I see this on Hardy Alpha 5, there is also a transparent box that stays
on my screen for a while, it flashes the brightness applet window before
going away.

Hi,
I would like to take up this task. But I wonder what the bug is or if it
does not exist anymore.
The top panel icon is a Firefox launcher only. In the current default
setup of gnome, the browser_launcher and email_launcher are empty. But
if I set preferred browser to Epiphany and click on a l
likely another case of local installation taking over the distribution
version and creating issue. Could you run "which rhythmbox", "ldd
$(which rhythmbox)", "dpkg -l rhythmbox" and attach the informations to
