When I go to System->Quit it takes about 20-30 seconds before the shutdown
dialog pops up.
Once it pops up I can select shutdown and everything works like it should.
I'm not really sure where to go looking for this problem.
CPU usage is normal and there is no disk activity.
Everything in gnome is frozen while I wait for the dialog. Once the dialog
pops up, the screen surrounding the dialog fades out a bit.
