You are correct, Dante, it still works as advertised. I get the expected
behaviour after clearing gnome/gconf config dot-files and reconfiguring
from scratch.
I agree it's a desirable wishlist, even though I like it the way it is.
Hope upstream gets it done by the next gnome release.

When I want to print any pdf-files (2 pages oder even more), evince only
send page 2 to my printer or if I print in a PS-file, this file only
contains the second page. Other pdf-viewers like KPDF or Acroread don't
have problemens, so I'm pretty sur
I confirm both totem-mozilla and F-Spot suffer this problem on my Dell
Inspiron 6400 with the Intel 945GM graphics chip using the default intel
xorg driver in Gutsy. Disabling compiz stops this happening.

I agree, the importance on allot of bugs are not appropriate and do not get
enough attention as they should, there is bugs that have not ever been fixed
in Ubuntu when other distro's fixed the issues a long time ago...

As long as the feature get's implemented, it's alright.
But I think that it's nice to at least say a simple phrase about what is
going on and why the hell that password box showed up most newbies
won't know why they have to type in a password, and might even think
it's a virus or someth
