It is not upstreams bug. I have tried to do some voodoo with the code, but
without any success.
As a last resort, I have installed gdm instead of lightdm, and everything is
translated now.

I can confirm this bug in oneiric (checked gnome-keyring.mo file for
relevant strings), but not in my jhbuild sandbox and I can't find any
l10n related changes on git.gnome.org history about gnome-keyring and
seahorse modules
