Which window manager are you using and which video driver do you have?

I confirm this bug, it seems that the .. hm, window manager, which I
imagine translates the key press into "do fullscreen", simply pushes the
key press onto the windows. For example, running "top" in an xterm I
get "unknown command" when I press my configured fullscreen key
combination while norm
Using Lucid, I can confirm that after setting the "Toggle Fullscreen"
keybinding in "System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts" attempting
to use the shortcut seems to do nothing.
My question is what should happen? Is this the same thing as
pressing F11 in firefox and gedit for example? Do a
