Using Lucid, I can confirm that after setting the "Toggle Fullscreen" keybinding in "System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts" attempting to use the shortcut seems to do nothing.
My question is.... what should happen? Is this the same thing as pressing F11 in firefox and gedit for example?
