May you attach an screenshot of the issue? Is this reproducible with a
new user created on your system? May you tell us a few steps in order to
reproduce the behavior? Are you running compiz? Does it happens without
it? thanks.

sry didnt respond earlier. was not home for the weekend.
no im not running a command in terminal. its when i open terminal.
and i have noticed that when this problem with terminal happens, i cant
view pics, use my panels, i cant even shut down properly. I have to ALT
CTRL F2 -> ALT CTRL DEL to sh
