Sorry, I only installed the proposed mutter without libmutter. The issue
is resolved now.

The trasparent dialogs of IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate issue is still there
for me (not the white box one mentioned in #7); I tested it on X11 with
nvidia-driver-565.

I can verify that after installing the update, issue is fixed for me;
particularly the issue I have reported here:
https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-360649. I have been testing
this for one working day with Webstorm and Intellij IDEA, neither show
symptomps of the issue any more.
