the panel is back again. The only known way for me to run this command
was in the failsafe terminal login
the command gave me the reply that the panel is not installed. so i
installed it
may not be a bug, but my own fault removing a bit too much when removin

after removing evolution and restarting the system, the top AND bottom
panels in gnome are gone. F2+ALT doesent work, cant create a launcher to
start the terminal. Only the desktop is visible.
