This may be related to bug 476534. Perseus is running Karmic AMD64 and
Evolution 2.28.1; I'm running Jaunty i386 and Evolution 2.26.1. Also,
Perseus said gdb crashed when Evolution crashed; I did not see this
behavior.

I'm running 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope, a fresh install. I ran 8.10 on
another computer, didn't notice this problem. I upgraded that system to
9.04 and this crashing behavior started. When 9.10 came out, I upgraded
that system again, and the crashing continued. As I said, my cu
I had the same problem (added the first Gallery, f-spot crashed; since
then, clicking Photo...Export...Gallery crashes f-spot). If it helps
