I think I know what the problem is:
A lot of timezone files in /usr/share/zoneinfo/ are the same and probably tz
commands can't figure which country is which.
In my case:
$ md5sum /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Belgrade
226ad0c2724b4674d6a9206a43661ff9 /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Belgrade
$ md5sum
This is weird:
a) tzdata shows the correct timezone (Europe/Belgrade)
b) time-admin (see attached screenshot) still shows Europe/Sarajevo instead of
the chosen Europe/Belgrade.
$ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite tzdata_2008h-2ubuntu1_all.deb

totem - cant play mpg properly - mpeg2dec decoding erro

Totem can't play properly an mpg clip, whereas in Mplayer it's shown fine. It
actually shows "boxes" while the music is played fine

I've just cleared my whole .local/share/ folder and reinstall gnome-mime-data
and gnome-icon-theme
I disabled all the plugins and enabled just "file browser pane" plugin.
It outputs the error above when i enabled the plugin and every time i
start gedit (and the plugin is enabled).

It's not a bug, but it is bugging me, although I don't see any icons
missing, I do get a lot of errors while trying to run gedit from gnome-
terminal:

I plugged in a device and gnome-panel became unresponsive. It happened once,
couldn't reproduce it again.
Hint: It could've happened because of the fact that I have the "Disk Mounter"
applet added on of the
