I have the same behavior with precise (x64). Twin-View works but with separate
X-screen setup, nautilus crashes when right-clicking on the white background in
the second (hdmi-)screen (:0.1).
Only possible option to use that :0.1 -screen: moving the mouse in that screen
(to move focus to it), op

I switch between 1 and 2 Xscreens with a special key on my vaio VGN-Z
wich causes an acpi event. That event links the /etc/X11/xorg.conf to
the one needed for one- or for two X-Screens and restarts the gdm.
I made a workaround to bypass the trouble this bug effects:
