Solution to brightness problem can be found here. Although it's works a bit
funny*, I'm very pleased. I used the version, where pressing buttons causes
the script to write values directly to the device memory.

Is there any simple way to apply the "patch against nautilus' svn
repository" ? I'm not a total noob, but I'm not familiar with the svn. I
could even to it manually, but I don't know where to look for the file
(and recompile?). Please help, I'd love to use that patch.
