that remove/replace the Gtk.HeaderBar with a Gtk.Toolbar.
Now that GNOME Shell is default in Ubuntu and there is better support
for client-side decorations, these patches can probably go away

Those are the icon names from the GNOME icon theme. I would assume that
if GNOME Shell shows Bluetooth in the panel those are the icons they
would use, but I'm not entirely sure.

Mac OS uses "Move to Trash"
I don't believe it would be the correct decision in this case to "do what

I'm going to have to go with Kalle and say that the real solution is to
redesign the location bar. Also, I'm going to have to say that this
papercut is not a bug in any icon set, but with nautilus. You can't
change the icon without affecting other apps that use that icon
properly.
