Public bug reported: Contractor is a neat little system service that allows applications to become automatically extensible. If File roller were to support Contractor, it could integrate it's features into every application that supports contractor without requiring developers to explicitly write a lot of code. You can read more about some of the ideas behind contractor here: http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2011/03/contractor-brings-seamless- file-sharing-between-apps-to-the-linux-desktop/
Specifically, I'd like to see the action for "Compress Folder" supported in contractor. This is a neat action present in Nautilus and it'd be nice to have it in other apps that deal with folders.
