Problems was fixed by restarting, unfortunately, so I don't any other
data to offer here. I didn't change any extensions, though. Not sure how
to cause the issue again to get to the root of it.
Issue happened with multiple types of apps and windows, would always go
to the first in the list of all
Just found this after my own bug got marked a duplicate - I took a
screenshot of a few of the places the issue occurs:
