Problems was fixed by restarting, unfortunately, so I don't any other
data to offer here. I didn't change any extensions, though. Not sure how
to cause the issue again to get to the root of it.

Issue happened with multiple types of apps and windows, would always go
to the first in the list of all the windows rather than switching
between same app. VS Code, Terminal, Chrome all had the same issue.

I don't think the command was lost or missasigned, as it would stick
with the first app type in the list, so some functionality was working
and it seemed like the right command, but it wasn't working with
whatever app was picked when alt+` was pushed.
