Don't know what happend, but now I can also read it without crashing Evince. Do before it crashed when I read the PDF from page 1 forward and getting to a few pages before page 82 and it crashed. To me it looked like it crashed when rendering page 82 (maybe the second) and I used pdftk to remove th
