In Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 very often the rename don't work, I right click
and select rename, enter the new name and press Enter and the "old" name
reappear, so I have to retry and the file name is changed, i.e. I have a
PDF-file on my Desktop 'pages.
No - it's NOT 100% of the maximum output, but it's 100% of your current
volume, i.e. I use 20% of the maximum output as my volume and the above
setting will then set it to this volume. If you want it lower then
change the 100 in the above command line to the percent you want.

gconftool --type int --set /apps/totem/volume 100
