Looking at the 'mounted' Zen. It shows it's properties as a gphoto2
filesystem. Once again, the issue seems to be that gphoto2 is mounting
the Zen, which it should not be doing. It's not a camera or camera
device. It can handle pictures, but only for viewing, and is easily
loaded through Gnomad2.

I finally took the time to trace it down.
Short answer: the problem is not gnome-session (it just makes the

data point, however. It looks like the UTF-8 issue is present in the

I disabled the blacklist and am STILL having problems. I ran compiz from the
Terminal, here are the errors:

Pedro, I also think the problem is due to gl based screensaver. After having
posted this bug I only enabled blank screensaver and I never had problems.
However I will try again to select a random screen saver and test if the bug is
still present in the current kernel version (I don't know if the

The issue with lowresicons in pidgins buddyicons (check here:
http://pici.se/396034/ ) is unfixable. That image is the only image we
get from MSN and there is no way to make it bigger without upscaling it
(and making it look bad). The only way this can be fixed is to use a
