Would like to comment that I have encountered this bug myself, same
crash, different trigger. In my case, I triggered the bug by going to
Edit→Current Profile…→Colors, and unchecking the box that says "Use
colors from system scheme". The good news is that it managed to save
the intended settings

Well, another fresh install, this time deleting the partitions first,

desktop doesn't finish loading before it locks up. No desktop icons

It does take up the entire screen width. I'm not sure if any window

one line of text overlap. This allows you to keep your place. I tried 100%

Triaged to Confirmed. My mistake. I had opened it in acroread, which
works as expected. You are correct. Evince does a funky page-up and
page-down. I think it aligns the page boundary first then advances a
page. Whatever it is doing, it's annoying. Use acroread as a work
around until evince

Thanks for your bug submission. I could not confirm crashes with either
evince or acroread on x86, with gutsy. Evince 2.20.1 had slightly
mushed kerning, but readable. I don't have MS fonts installed so that
may have contributed. Acroread looked accurate. Was able to scroll
though entire docum
During the discussion we had with upstream some time ago he agreed that
supporting swfdec only to get swfdec-gnome used was probably not a good
idea in hardy, I would recommend not doing this change

Yeah it is. There was no crash log attached to this bug, but there was one
developed that had the same end results.

I couldn't duplicate crash on x86 with gutsy. Opened document with acroread 8
and evince 2.20.1 and scrolled through all pages to compare side-by-side. It
