The last line, where it hangs, is this one:

When I run "gnome-panel-screenshot" in a terminal for example I got no
error message in the terminal.
Only I got a error message in a window after 2 seconds after I executed
"gnome-panel-screenshot":

That's just a warning and no problem because autogen.sh calls gnome-
autogen.sh which detects GNOME_DOC_INIT in configure.ac and then calls
aclocal with appropriate parameters so that GNOME_DOC_INIT is in
aclocal.m4 (just grep for it).
