Are you saying that you have a structure as follows:

INBOX
  |
  |
  | SUBFOLDER1
      |_message 1.1
      |_message 1.2
      |_ message . . .
  | SUBFOLDER2
      |_message 2.1
      |_message 2.2
      |_ message . . .
  | SUBFOLDER . .
  |__ message 1
  |__ message 2
  |__ message 3


etc.

and you can see the messages that are in the INBOX?  If so, I'll try it
this evening.  I've never been able to do this, so I have been using
Thunderbird instead.
