I've just noticed the same behaviour in the edgy installation program
(selecting the partitions and their mount points).
I guess this is just default policy of some GTK widget. Weird.
This makes the bug slightly debatable. Although this default behavior is still
ugly and illogical.

I did a dist-upgrade of my Hoary install to Breezy the other day. One of the
more major problems I experienced was that many icons were missing, from
folders, "show desktop", "trash", etc, the desktop was rather ugly.

I just noticed bug #62192. Maybe it is unrelated, but I'm also observing
the bogofilter and spamassassin error messages when starting Evolution.
Both packages are installed in my machine. The error messages seem to
appear irregardless of whether I enable or disable the plugins in
Evolution's plugin
I'm observing this problem as well (Edgy, last updated 2006-10-07).
Additionally, if I select the Inbox folder in my IMAP account, then select the
spam folder in that same account, and the go back to the Inbox folder, the

boot the panel says that I have one wireless and one wired interface.
After a while (ie: a few hours) it says that I have two wired

you can probably safely remove libgconf-dev ;) The fix is easy, if
anybody wants to upload it feel free. Would be better to send it to
Debian so we don't create an extra divergence for it though and to sync
the package when they apply it (not sure if anybody is still maintaining
gconf1)

Thanks for your bug. evolution is not an easy piece of software and has
lot of issues, fixing them take time. There is not a lot we can do to
push upstream out of working with them by pointing issues and working on
patches to fix them. I'm closing the bug since we have no real use to
