Please dedicate one of the runlevels to properly boot into text mode.
(i.e. no gdm/usplash/etc). I realize you can unlink gdm/usplash/etc but
when you do this, it appears to boot into tty8 and no login prompt
appears unless you physically ctrl/alt to F1 F2 or another console.
I think size 14 or bigger for both the labels and the text box would be
better for desktop and lapop displays.
This would make more certain that the label and the typed username are
readable. This is important.
For small screens like PDAs there are separate projects (GPE, Familiar,
etc) that can
no response for a long time, closing. please feel free to reopen and
respond to last comment if the issue persists :)

They are caused by the incorrect usage of the gimp plug-in API by the xsane

For reference - the patch checks whether the atom the compositing
manager sets is set or not. If not, it uses the old behaviour. If it is,
it skips the grab and fade.

First use of screenshot since upgrade to Edgy. Used Prt Scr to trigger
it, and I had changed the name the file name.

Applies to evolution-2.8 in current edgy.
Every folder which has new messages in it is displayed in bold and
prefixed with text "folder-display|", which makes it pretty unusable
because one cannot see name of the folder.
More info about environment:
- protocol: imap with ssl
The problem is still present in Edgy Beta...

the machine i discovered the bug on is actually not available anylonger
i am actually working on an older ubuntu system, where synchronisation
is working.
i'll upgrade to dapper and see if i can reproduce the bug, but i won't
be able to do it really soon.

Palm synchronization unrel
I try it in edgy too. Floppy icon is there only one, but when I try
mount zip drive ive get this error:
Unable to mount the selected volume.
error: device /dev/hdd4 does not exist
error: could not execute pmount
But this command works fine:

Happends to me too, but only when I choose Hebrew language in GDM.
With English language it works fine. In Hebrew language it collapses.

the weather report applet does not give weather for Victoria, British
Columbia, Canada. The applet allows the selection of this city, but
cannot access the weather data. To replicate:

pilot-xfer seems to be reliable... I tried 10 times, and it worked the
10 times.
I made some more tests on Gpilotd it worked each time.
I upgraded to udev 093-0ubuntu16
and I guess that's what was causing the problem...
