This backtrace might be misleading, but at this point in gdb do
call LoaderPrintSymbol(address)
... for every address gdb reports as ?? above.

What about -depth 24 -fbbpp 24? If that works fine, then fbbpp 32 (the
default) at 108MHz is simply asking too much out of your video memory.
