I just write here a quick update of the bug to tell you the state of the
process.
First, it is still not solved but I think I have located it...
(still there is room for uncertainty).
After posting the description of the bug on the Linux Kernel
Mailing-list I've been contacted by a guy from
I can confirm that the BIOS upgrade resolved the issue here as well.

Hi!
For several days i am having problem with my X. I really don't now what
is the problem. X hangs up or just exit.
I am sending you my Xfree86 log file and config file. Maybe this could
give you some idea. Should is change drivers or configuration?
