I have the same problem
I run Xvfb :98 and it displays RANDR among initialized extensions:
Initializing built-in extension Generic Event Extension
Initializing built-in extension SHAPE
Initializing built-in extension MIT-SHM
Initializing built-in extension XInputExtension
Initializing built-in e
I don't believe this is Xvfb related afterall. The problem appears to be
with the mozrepl firefox plugin. It no longer loads when firefox is
started from both Xvfb and gnome.
