I can independently confirm the same problem with the 2.6.18 kernel as packaged in "testing" - works fine with text console, fails with matroxfb exactly as described in the bug report (hang and lots of these "mga_dma_* called without lock held" messages). Hope this helps, Marek -- To UNSUBSCRIB
