Run the customized import scripts in import-only mode.
While these should work correctly in normal mode as well, do this for
consistency's sake.

It turns out that the "bad" tag does still mess with the index, so skip
revision 3937.
Run git-svnimport in import-only mode to avoid messing with the index, which
usually results in missing or too many files.

Add the -i flag when importing.
This seems to prevent errors related to the index being deleted or messed
with in general.
